Excludes items on Sale
Within 30 days of purchase if the product is faulty
Products must be in the same condition that we posted it, unopened in original packaging.
Excludes Gift cards, Downloadables and Special Orders
All Returns must be agreed upon and approved prior to being sent back with a video description of the fault and proof of purchase.
Postage costs incurred in the original purchase are not refundable.** All returns must be trackable and any associated costs are the responsibility of the buyer.**If you took advantage of free shipping for your purchase and the value of the return(s) takes the order value below $99 that qualified for free shipping, then the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund.
We will pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. if we sent an incorrect or defective item).
We do NOT charge a restocking fee for return items.
We reserve the right to reject a return.

Price Match Policy
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD$). Prices are listed Excluding GST.
If it’s in stock in an Australia store we’ll do our best to match or better the total price including shipping and taxes.
Things to consider - *We will only match exact items by brand and model
*We can’t match bulk orders but we’ll do what we can to help you out
*We will, where possible, match eBay prices…if…a seller has a 100% feedback rating and items are in retail packaging.
Luthier, Repairer and Trade
We'd love to help and already deal with many reputable builders and repairers.
To qualify you must engage in full time sales or repairs of fretted Instruments in a physical workshop, repair or retail store and you must supply the proper business related documentation and information. An active ABN or Company Number is required that relates directly to your business.
Trade pricing is for trade, and not available to online / ebay sellers.
